Cancellations by the customer follow this scale:
In the event of cancellation by Inka's Network Adventure due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political movements, accidents, or other events beyond our control, we will offer full refunds or alternative available tours, subject to availability and agreement with the customer.
2.1. Refunds will be processed within 45 business days of the cancellation request, using the same payment method used for the original booking, or by mutual agreement with the customer.

3.1. Unused Products: For any unused and eligible product or service, customers must notify Inka's Network Adventure within 15 days from the original start date of the service. Returns are subject to evaluation and may be subject to administrative charges.
3.2. Damaged or Defective Products: In case of receiving damaged or defective products, customers must inform Inka's Network Adventure immediately upon receipt. An appropriate solution will be provided, which may include product replacement, credit, or refund as necessary.
