Booking terms, payment conditions and cancellation policies for all services provided by Inka's Network Adventure E.I.R.L.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Inka's Network Adventure E.I.R.L. By making a reservation with us, you accept these terms in full.
Hereinafter, "Inka's Network Adventure," "we," "us" or "our" refers to Inka's Network Adventure E.I.R.L, with RUC 20527595011, headquartered at Urb Jose Olaya 343, Cusco, Peru. Phone: +51 964 306 549. Email: [email protected].
Inka's Network Adventure acts as an intermediary between tourist service companies and passengers for booking processes and payment of services. Our system displays information about offered services but does not guarantee immediate availability.
3.1. Upon generating a reservation, clients will receive an automatic notification confirming the receipt of the request. Within the next 48 hours, one of our operators will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm, reject, or offer alternatives regarding the reservation.
3.2. Passengers are responsible for providing correct email addresses and contact numbers. If confirmation is not received within the specified period, passengers should contact Inka's Network Adventure directly.
All prices are stated in US dollars and Peruvian Soles and do not include the 18% VAT, applicable to Peruvians and residents of Peru (exempt for foreigners).
5.1. To confirm a reservation, full payment or a security deposit is required through our online system.
5.2. The reservation will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp sent by one of our operators, indicating the confirmation status and corresponding code.
5.3. Inka's Network Adventure has commercial agreements with various tourist service companies, which manage their own reservation and payment systems.
6.1. All confirmed booking requests guarantee the availability of requested services.
6.2. Passengers will receive a confirmation email with the booking code for each requested program, once the online request or security deposit is received.
7.1. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date of the tour, accommodation, or other acquired service, will incur a penalty of 100% of the total cost.
7.2. No-shows will result in a 100% penalty.
7.3. Cancellations between 59 and 31 days before the tour start date will incur a 50% penalty of the program value, plus US $25 administrative fee.
7.4. Changes to tours of equal or lesser cost are only permitted up to 15 days before the tour start date, subject to availability.
Passengers must carry a valid passport or travel document as required by Peru's legal regulations. Additionally, they must have the Andean Migration Card to enter the country.
Inka's Network Adventure acts as an intermediary and assumes no responsibility for non-provision of services due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political movements, accidents, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club), bank deposits in Peru, as well as Western Union for payments from abroad. All payments are processed via secure, SSL-encrypted channels.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cusco, Peru.
By making a reservation with Inka's Network Adventure, the client accepts these terms and conditions in full.
